Welcome to the AIM Academy at Belden website. It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself as your principal. I am both delighted and proud to be part of the AIM Academy school family. AIM Academy @ Belden is Stark County’s first balanced calendar school. The school serves grades K-6. The calendar is based on 9 weeks of instruction followed by a 3-week intercession where students have optional interventions and enrichment. The summer break is abbreviated compared to our other schools.

I believe in teaching the whole child.  This means it is our responsibility to teach and to meet the needs of every child academically, socially, and emotionally. We will continue to strengthen our strong commitment to academic achievement by providing our students with a meaningful and challenging educational experience.  I look forward to the opportunity to continue to build relationships with each and every one of you as we embark on a new school year filled with great plans and amazing possibilities for our staff, students, families and community.
